A printable solo journaling game collection for one player.
Step into six quiet inner landscapes: a lantern, a river, a forest, a fire, the open sky — and a final crossing where all five roads meet again.
Each journey combines atmospheric storytelling, simple dice-driven choices and reflective writing. You can play as yourself, as a fictional character, or as something a little wilder.
These are not disconnected journaling prompts. Each pocket is a small, complete game with its own setting, rule and path through the night.
No roleplay or journaling experience is required.

The Pocket Bundle was created for evenings when you want something atmospheric, playable and reflective without beginning a long campaign or learning complicated rules.
In each journey, you:
enter a different story world;
read a short piece of narrative;
roll a die or draw a dice card;
respond to what the world shows you;
write a few lines in your Chronicle;
carry one word or image out of the journey.
Every pocket also has one small rule of its own. A returning number might ask you to keep something, release something, remember it differently or look again. That rule is where the experience becomes more than a list of questions — and starts becoming a game.
You can play one journey on a quiet evening and return for another whenever you wish.
Six roads. Six different ways of holding on.
Keep a single lantern burning through the night. Explore what deserves to be protected, what remains when everything else rests, and what you are willing to hold a little longer.
A solo journaling game about keeping light through the night.
Sit beside a river that was moving long before you arrived. Listen to its rhythm and discover what may be ready to move on.
A solo journaling game about release, rhythm and the language of flow.
Enter a forest that remembers every footstep. Follow its signs, listen beneath the leaves and notice what returns changed.
A solo journaling game about grounding, growth and listening.
Tend a fire that does not merely comfort, but transforms. See what is no longer true and what remains when change has done its work.
A solo journaling game about transformation and change.
Look upward into a sky filled with possibility. Refuse what is not yours, follow what calls to you and choose what deserves to come closer.
A solo journaling game about perspective, dreams and possibility.
Return with the five words or images carried from the earlier journeys. At the Crossing, the roads meet again — and exactly one word will walk out with you.
This concluding journey is exclusive to the Pocket Bundle and is best played after the other five.
You do not need to create a complicated character before beginning. The included Pocket Play Guide offers three simple ways to enter a journey.
Stay close to your own life, feelings and questions.
Explore a player character, an NPC or a fictional voice you want to understand more deeply.
Play as something more symbolic or instinctive: a tired wolf keeping watch, a rain-soaked traveller, or a moth following one impossible light.
There is no correct choice. You may even return to the same journey another evening and experience it through a different lens.

Is The Pocket Bundle for you?
The Pocket Bundle may be a good place to begin if you:
are curious about solo journaling RPGs;
want a complete story rather than unrelated writing prompts;
prefer atmosphere and reflection over combat;
want something small enough for one quiet evening;
enjoy using symbols, choices and imaginative settings;
want to explore yourself or deepen a fictional character.
It may not be the right collection if you are looking for tactical combat, detailed character statistics or a traditional multiplayer adventure.
